Online poker is becoming more and more popular even as the United State Government tries to curtail it. It is of little doubt to anymore but the government that online poker and online gambling in general are here to stay. As it grows millions and millions of new people open their first gaming account they usually have three basic questions . Is it safe to give out my credit card info to these people? Will I get in legal trouble for playing online poker? And finally, How do I know it is fair?
The focus of this article is going to be on the third question. How do you know it is fair? For example is this just some scam to take my money. Are the other players real or just some automated software players? These are very legitimate questions. And depending on who you talk to you may get radically different answers. For the most part the online casinos are on the up and up, but it is best to stick with one that you have seen advertise on tv or at a poker tournament. If you see an online casino giving a ridiculous amount of bonus money for signing up that might be a sign that they are not legit. Legit casinos will give 100% to 130% matching sign on bonus. Any more than that and they are likely just taking your money.
So the next step after you have chosen your online casino is you begin play and start to wonder how some of the players are so good even on the micro tables. Well my friend this is where the new frontier of online gambling begins. Poker Bots and other types of bots play the game for gamers at a nearly perfect level. They are pre programmed to know what to do on each hand. They will also alter their play depending on position and the number of players in the game. They can basically do anything a human player can except read the bluff of another player. In some instances this is a good thing. For example when you have pocket queens and you get bet off of them by a guy with pocket tens before the flop. Other times it could be disaster if a player is slow playing a hand and your bot bets into him.
Since we now have poker robots to play poker for us the question is should we use them. I think the answer to that question depends on the person asking it. Some people might feel guilty about using a poker bot to help them. I can understand that argument but don’t think for a minute your competitors won’t be using them. And then what do the online Pelangiqq think of these bots? I’m not exactly sure. In one since they might think they would scare legit customers away so they might be against them. But on the other hand some people let their bots play for hours by themselves which provides more rake for the casino than it would have had with a human playing. Some players also have the bots play the beginning of tournaments allowing them to play more tables at a time which also increases rake for the casino.
In conclusion, I think poker bots are here to stay. I’m not saying you should use them but I won’t fault you if you do. As long as you are not seeing other peoples cards like some software claims to be able to do then I don’t think it would be considered illegal. Either way you go the question is up to you.
